So yesterday I finished the last run week 9 run 3 of couch 25k! This is the second time I’ve completed this as afterwards it’s hard to find the motivation. I now have a sore hip so prob can’t run for a while I’m worried I will lose my fitness and not continue!

Hi there Barbydos, congratulations on completing C25k..👏👏👏🏆🏆..sorry you've got hip pain, I get hip niggles and have found some excellent YouTube videos that specifically target hip pain...there are lots...and they've helped me.
