Consolidation Run 1

Ran my first consolidating run today after graduating on Sunday, felt quite strange not having Jo keeping me going along the way. Hoping to keep running every second day and building on the fitness I have gained from starting the programme in October. 😎😎

Those consolidation runs are brilliant Stuarty1967, it's the start of the next chapter in your running, some runs are easy, some not so just tough those ones out 💪

I loved the freedom of not having a coach on board, glad you've popped your CR 🍒

Well done you👏👏👏. Yes it is a bit strange not having your coach with you..I was a bit loathe to give Laura up🤣 but have managed to put my big girl pants on and leave her behind (not her butt!)..I'm loving the consolidation runs, just enjoying the running and not worrying about pace etc. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy the rest of your running journey. All the best. 🦌🐌🐢🏃‍♀️🙋

And I can choose my own music now. I just have a 30 minute timer with an interval timer to go off 3 minutes from the end so I can try and pick up my pace from snail to sloth with a limp. Download an interval timer.

Or like Buddgagirl just go out and run.

You can go bagk to Laura after Consolidation to listen to the Stepping Stones podcasts. I might do that after Christmas.
