Foam roller
That foam roller looks incredibly expensive. You can pick up cheap ones in supermarkets etc. There is nothing special about them. They are all articles of torture but they do work. Happy running 🤗
After I bought a mid price one that looks like an orange tractor tyre, a sports masseuse told me a rolling pin is just a good. I got one for a £ and it is!!
I have this one and like the bigger/elevated notches. Happy rolling!

That looks great 👍🏽. If your interested, there was a whole discussion thread on foam rollers also on the Strength and Flex Forum, see healthunlocked.com/strength..., which - I fear - I started.
The one I have is from ebay and only cost a tenner.
That one looks like one I have, as well. In case this is of interest there was a whole discussion thread on foam rollers also on the Strength and Flex Forum, see healthunlocked.com/strength..., which - I fear - I started.
There was a whole discussion on foam rollers also on the Strength and Flex Forum, see healthunlocked.com/strength.... (Which I fear I started) so might be an idea to head over there and have a look.
(We also would like to start a trend that everyone posts pics of their rollers, equivalent to new-shoe postings! 🤣🤣)
Not sure I can give advice as I ‘reappropriated’ all ‘my’ foam rollers from my husbands collection 🤣 but it is actually nice to have a collection, so cheaper and more might be a way to go. Example: long ones are great for back, short for inner thighs. But there all great!!!👍🏽
I got a trigger point grid roller 👍🏻
I'm glad you asked about this as I was curious about foam rollers. I've seen them mentioned but haven't fully understood their use so I'm going to have a snoop through your replies lol 😁
Actually, just remembered that there’s a whole video about foam rollers on The Run Experience’s YouTube channel. Very informative.
