Update on the pace part of my pace and ablate. Could be a long post!
While stitching me up he asked about my age and health/

My race has been prosponed 🙄
I was really looking forward to this on Sunday, 🥺(Haydock racecourse) Had worked hard at keeping some level of
fitness
up during the week I was unwell with quite a severe stomach bug..and had only just yesterday managed a run that felt good!

Update after encephalitis , dvla & driving
driving, after 6 month of not hearing anything back from dvla as I was told to notify them by doctors, I asked my local mp for help , he contacted dvla and we got a response , apparently dvla received report from neurologist which they requested but we’re not given enough information for them to make a

8K! Getting fit for my black belt!
But the one thing I can do help myself in addition to training my socks off is to up my
fitness
even more. I’ve been in a pretty consistent place in terms of my
fitness
lately which is by no means a bad thing! But if I want to improve it I need to change things up a bit!

Heart palpitations since vaccine. Myocarditis?
My
fitness
watch & oxomiter have heart 40-150 (at resting). Spo2 also drops but goes up again, I was told it was slightly low by a nurse, but fine in another appointment. My chest aches. I just want to curl up to sleep and wake up feeling normal.

I danced the cooldown!
Was told by the physio that I'd never run for
fitness
since diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis grade 4. Told by the surgeon there was nothing I could do but keep slim and book in for a partial knee replacement. So I stopped moving, got depressed and put on a stone and a half.

I’ve managed to get over my flu (although my

did take a hit), but my metatarsals are still giving me grief! So I’ve moved over to running daily on Zwift, or rather indoor-rowing a running avatar on Zwift.

, so this year from Christmas has been about

and and using exercise and particularly running for the only form of me time I get with a 1 and 3 yr old! First non stop running 10k, 1hr 17 even with starting with a hill and the many roads involved!

On reflection, I think that's down to
fitness
; if I was fitter, it wouldn't be anything like as hard. It was all going well to something past marathon distance but then my legs seemed to, err, run out of run. I missed the cutoff for the last checkpoint.

Has anyone in here also been diagnosed with Left ventricular dysfunction, alongside their AF ?
Am aware I have been trying to build back my
fitness
and not feeling very strong like before. Hope to hear where others are at ? N What you find helps . Thanks a lot

Hip Replacement and PMR
I also worry about keeping muscle
fitness
as PMR has left me very weak in the thighs and legs. I try to walk- 15 to 20 mins - but it's increasingly painful and I'm trying to keep my yoga exercises for the back and core going but have to heave myself up from the floor with arms.
