When i focus on cleaning/ work/

So a friend who is a very experienced runner has told me to focus on keeping my heart rate low (using MHR calculations) to improve my overall

and speed. My issue is that my calculated range is 130-140bpm but the slightest hill, even when running slowly, shoots me up to 160+.

Amlodipine side effects and fitness
After a three month spike in blood pressure readings Iβve been prescribed 5mg Amlodipine as a supplement to 15mg candesarten. The spike returned readings of around 155/90 whilst for the four months prior had been well within 130/80. There was no questioning what happened in my life at time of the spike
