Morning all
Finding it difficult to juggle working and
fitness
and I’m a bit haphazard of late but got out there early today in fact encouraged by reading your posts yesterday. So when you post something remember that for someone reading it they will be motivated. Have a good weekend when we get there 🏃♀️

Workout struggles.
So tell me some
fitness
programs/apps that have worked for you and don't require a home gym/workout equipment that is going to cost me thousands of dollars.

W3D2 - mixed success
In general, I can feel that a combination of the months of not even being able to walk and the general inactivity I've had during lockdown (I'm usually a person who walks a lot in her daily life, but not so much in the last year and a half) means I'm starting this round of C25K with a lower general

Strava v Apple Watch Fitness App
Does anyone get such different results between Strava and their Apple Watch? I did start the ‘Outdoor Run Workout’ on my watch later than the Strava App but not by .4km, and even so the split times are completely different. There were a few stiles to go over so maybe Strava smoothed those out somehow

Achieved run number 2
Thanks to Joe Wicks' PE sessions I started getting active and then downloaded some
fitness
apps which were great but did not manage to stick to them. This app has been great so far and it has been amazing to explore some of my local area. I really think (hope) I can achieve this programme.

A bit surprised
I have been very lucky and I am nearly back to full
fitness
but to my surprise he had doubled my dosage of both Ramipril ( from 2.5 Mg to 5MG ) and Bisoprold ( from 1.25 to 2.5 Mg ) . He stated he was looking at the long term and it would hopefully keep blood vessels healthy .

Nice Primer on "FOXO"
She is primarily oriented towards longevity, rather than specific cancers in her website "Found My
Fitness
" with much free content. FOX0 family of regulatory genes and proteins also have great bearing in understanding cellular mechanisms involved in cancer suppression, etc.

Shockingly bad
I’m completely shocked how much
fitness
I’ve lost by not running for the last 3 & a half months!! I’m gutted 😞, I was running every other day pretty much. It’s that bad I’ve had to start the couch to 5k from the start! Hopefully it won’t take too long to get my
fitness
back.

AF and Smartwatches
I am looking to buy an inexpensive smartwatch for SP02, Heart rate, Stress plus the usual
fitness
/sleep etc. features. I have had to return two due to them being unable to record stress levels, I assume because of my asymptomatic AF.

Oh and I saw there's
Fitness
Boxing 2 and Knockout Home
Fitness
also for the Switch so I might look into getting either or both of those. Plus my university's new super gym is nearly completed and open so I might look into going there if I can get over my anxiety and depending on cost.

FAQ WHICH SHOES?
The price may seem exorbitant, but they are the best investment you can make in your physical
fitness
………..and much cheaper than a physiotherapist. Gait analysis is explained here https://healthunlocked.com/couchto5k/posts/136873936/gait-analysis………..what-why-where.

For those of you still working with advanced PCa, and on ADT and Radiation. Did you still work a full schedule?
Should I transition out and focus on my health &
fitness
? Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

Thinking about dropping out of college... feeling passionate and interested about something eventhough I'm depressed on some levels.....
I'm dropping my studies because it paid, so I'm planning to save the next 3 semesters so I could use it for my expenses on this
fitness
field..... So what do you guys think??

Lanzoprazole why was it prescribed?
I still feeling a bit battered, trying to get back some
fitness
level, but can only do short walks and anything the least bit strenuous brings on chest ache and esophagus ache. I just wondered if anyone else was prescribed Lansoprazole or know why it is prescribed.

Week 2! Any advice??
That was the motivation for me, plus I have my yearly
fitness
test coming up (Bleep test 🤢) I don't think I've ever been this unfit. I've been doing ok on the runs so far, aside from a nasty stitch at times. Does anyone have any words of wisdom or tips for a stitch?

Hackney Half Marathon Done!
After two weeks of hardly any running since running a half marathon on the treadmill, I went into the main event concerned about my
fitness
and various injuries. All I’m going to say is that it’s the hardest run I’ve ever done but I completed it.

I had 2 days off and today I ran 25mins straight for the first time
Days off slow me down, I know I need them sometimes, but with my
fitness
background I know I can recover fast so I think I can run more than 3 days a week
