Permanent anxiety and nausea.
Then sciatica snd plantar
fasciitis
. During this last few weeks my anxiety is do bad I am just panicking about every thing. Getting up in the morning, feeling sick, going to bed at night, my husband going on holiday, not being able to eat. It sucks the joy out of everything and I can't stop it.

Post Covid run
I then developed plantar
fasciitis
and had a 7 month break from running. I started C25K again in January and got to W8R3 ( already ran 30 mins as my podcast got interrupted) then I tested positive for Covid.

Chronic tendinopathy - anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions as to how to fix?
I also developed plantar
fasciitis
around the same time. I don't really get much pain - some discomfort sometimes and the achilles and tendons in the top of my foot often feel very stiff. There was no injury that led to this.

Back to running after 1 week break
So I’m due to run week 7 run 3, but have had to take a week off due to plantar
fasciitis
and coming down with a stinking cold. I’m not sure whether I should just ‘go for it’ and try my scheduled run, or if I should go back and repeat any previous weeks runs first?

Week 7 Run 3
But I’m now struggling with plantar
fasciitis
. I went to a running shop and bought special fitted running shoes, I’ve also got insoles and I stretch before and after every run.

Surgery and MS flare?
After the news my last MRI was good, my mother passed away in August and in September I was diagnosed with necrotizing
fasciitis
. (Flesh eating disease). I had to have major surgical debridement and spent my birthday in the ICU. Five days of three different antibiotics 24 hours a day.

Here we go again
Was going well again after getting back from a holiday in early December and then bang a touch of arthritis flared up and now the dreaded planter
fasciitis
. Really bad been on a crutch today to get around indoors and the dogs desperate for a walk.

Perhaps running is not for me
I started the programme in July 2020 and have never managed to finish it because of various injuries/ problems, including hip and knee pain, plantar
fasciitis
and shin splints.

New to this - but
At times I was walking 8-10kms a day & had to take some time off with plantar
fasciitis
. On reflection it’s seemed like I’ve spent the last year or so collecting symptoms, joints, muscles etc most of which have been crazily sporadic without any particular correlations.

Think it might be plantar
fasciitis
. Has anyone experienced this? Amazed I've gotten this far but want to keep on without the pain. I feel like I've more energy since I started the Couchto5k.

W7R3 tender heel this morning
However I had tenderness in one heel, I felt this in the early weeks and it was back this morning, did some stretches and exercises, then I looked it up on line, i don’t think it’s the Achilles’ tendon, but the other thing it mentioned was plantar
fasciitis
which I have had in recent years and almost

Nervous about first (post?) plantar fasciitis run
I had been told by the osteo yo take a break for 15 days…I was crushed. This is by far the longest break in my running since I started in late 2018. Today I plan to venture out for a very short run (probably with lots of walking interspersed). I feel so nervous about it as I can still feel some slight

Introduction
The problem is necrotising
fasciitis
is so rare that there is only one charity in the whole of the UK,lee spark foundation. They are not local to me as they are in England. I need some ideas on how to calm my panic attacks and jumping at the least wee sound.

Cramps in feet and hands
I started noticing cramps in my feet, hands and often leg muscles which have caused me great concern, I also have plantar
fasciitis
which isn’t helped by the cramping feet. I am unsure if Fostair is the reason and I have yet to see the GP but it did start around the time I started the meds.

Plantar fasciitis and running.
I've been suffering from plantar
fasciitis
for number of years. In last few years it was under control. I've used shoes suitable for this condition (most of the time) and exercised my right foot whenever I'd feel the slightest sign of pain.
