Palpitations

Hi I've been off work for 10 weeks with plantar fasciitis while I've been off I've been getting more Anxious about my health I suffer with Hyertension. I started having palpitations heart racing went to A&E to get checked out they said bloods and ECG ok should I be concerned and could it be the Anxiety causing them ?

So sorry to hear of your worries over your illness.

Anxiety { as you already know } is a powerful thing that has a habit of making the lives of it sufferers, both complicated and mentally painful.

You need to contact your GP and express these feelings to them, as there is help out there if you just ask.
