Amazed I've gotten this far but want to keep on without the pain. I feel like I've more energy since I started the Couchto5k.

Lots of people have plantar fasciitis but it is not possible for us to diagnose via the internet, so if you are concerned, see your
GP, physio or podiatrist.
Are you wearing proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop? Good shoes provide correct support.
Do you stretch after every run as advised in the guide to the plan?
Are you doing any strengthening exercises as linked to in the guide to the plan?
I had plantar (not from running) it was very painful. I cured it by having shockwave therapy which worked a treat. Hope it gets better soon.
