Here we go again

Was going well again after getting back from a holiday in early December and then bang a touch of arthritis flared up and now the dreaded planter fasciitis. Really bad been on a crutch today to get around indoors and the dogs desperate for a walk.

Think this is going to be a long one, rest exercise and antiflams and night splints ordered . Wish me luck as I don’t want to lose momentum.
