Taking high levels of NDT and still feeling ill
I have put on around 3 stone in weight, I get breathless walking a few yards, I feel 'sad' and unmotivated, I have plantar
fasciitis
, and tinnitus. I started taking 5.5 grains this morning but I wonder where this is going to end!!

Back after Plantar fasciitis
I will be returning to running after a bout of plantar
fasciitis
(diagnosed by GP) and need advice on where to start from. I was told to swim and do yoga instead of running for 2 weeks. I was running well on W8R2 when I decided to do a park run with friends.

My life for the past several months which helps explain my silence I hope; this is a copy of a reply message I sent to Eastender:) Crazy!!
Also diagnosed me with plantar
fasciitis
on my right foot which the bone spurs in my heel were confirmed via hand/foot x-rays. Luckily, no psoratic arthritis which she said wouldn't be able to treat because the meds would only increase my liver enzymes.....yiyiyiyi.

Oooh me legs!
My fat pads are apparently thinning but this feels like plantar
fasciitis
, plus walking on pebbles plus electric shocks between 3rd and 4th toe. By evening I can barely walk. I use special insoles but this is no longer effective.

Week 6 run 2 done
When I did I had the dreaded Plantear
Fasciitis
and have seen a physio to get the muscles going. I restarted Couch to 5k at the beginning of the year(yes I know I am not going with the plan that I should do). I still see the physio and the year or so of rehab has got me to this point.

do swollen feet and ankles have anything to do with aps?
I've had spontaneous fractures in my leg, DVT, torn tendons, plantar
fasciitis
. Now a new problem and wondering if it is connected to APS. I have high blood pressure and these last few months it has spiked to dangerous levels. Beside my meds--Avapro, the doctors put me on Norvasc.

Nobody said it was easy...No one ever said it would be this hard.Oh, take me back to the start. (apologies to Chris Martin)
I finished the programme in October 2012 and our Canadian winter (and plantar
fasciitis
) conspired to stop my running altogether. I have been on the treadmill a few times and kept active in other ways since then but did not start outdoor running again until this morning...

Iron ferritin and b12 blood test results, could anyone cast their eyes over them please?
Joint pain and terrible plantar
fasciitis
is definitely one of my worse symptoms. I have looked on the optimum blood test results on stop the thyroid madness which explain inflammation is common in hypothyroidism but it doesn't give advice on how to fix it!

Sore feet
Would this be plantar
fasciitis
and if so where does the connection come in with hypothyroid/ Hashimoto's?

Trying C25K again after long break with injury and loss of motivation!
Once I recovered from that, I started building up my running again, only to develop plantar
fasciitis
- another couple of months before I could get going again!
