Move over Mo Farah, Monners has just graduated
After a pulled muscle at Week 2 precipitated a 2 week rest, I persisted with the programme, ventured outside at Week 4 but then suffered with the dreaded Plantar
Fasciitis
(again) and due to an intensive week off golfing in hilly Scotland, I took another 2 week break.

Back pain: Adrenal fatigue, feet pain and knee pain.. what we do not get told!
After 3 years of complaining about foot pain I tactfully suggested to an alternate GP that maybe I had planta
fasciitis
...he tentatively agrees and is sending me to see a Foot specialist...HHhmmmmm...

I still have some problems with my hair, weight, brain fog and also have both Plantar
Fasciitis
and Peridontal disease (which I've read are linked to being Hypo). Also, my antibodies at the last count were extremely high (approx 1100).

Achilles problems and hypothyroidism - is it a real thing?
I think I also suffer from Plantar
fasciitis
in my feet. I have chronically painful feet and have had for a long time now (years).

My hair is falling out, I've had horrendous Plantar
Fasciitis
since December, my gastro issues are too bad to list. My pain is constant. Something's got to give right? My liver is hovering over the boarder line on my blood results and my weight only goes up. I'm active and eat very healthy.

Week 7 run 2 done
I am running more slowly but my pace is more consistent, this why I think have avoided the plantar
fasciitis
that slowed my progress last time. Not sure I will cover 5k in week 9 but hey ho.

Heel pain
The doc says it is plantar
fasciitis
and has suggested gel insoles and exercises. I've done both of these and walk on the ball of my foot most of the time but no improvement. It is too painful to put any weight on my heel .

Help please with my results
I also have sore feet (planter
fasciitis
) along with muscle spasms in my hands and feet which come and go. My mood still swings wildly, I'm fine one minute then for no apparent reason I'm all weepy. My brain fog has lifted but my memory is still rubbish.

Shoes
I'm a bit overweight, have wide and deep feet and also have plantar
fasciitis
so have to be well cushioned! Haven't had running gait done yet since the shop folks would only snigger at my shuffles so far. All recommendations / comments welcome! Rainshine

Week 2 completed
I know there is still a very long way to go, but as a 50 year old with several health issues, who just a few short weeks ago could barely walk due to plantar
fasciitis
in my left foot, I feel amazed.

Plantar Fasciitis
So I think I have the above - since week 2 in fact... Pain in the arches, especially first thing, but which fades quickly when warmed up and doesn't bother me when running. Trouble is, it's not improving, in fact I think it's getting worse. I don't think my shoes are the issue - had gait analysis at

How long?
I have been discharged from the Army due to planters
fasciitis
which is so debilitating that I can no longer run, ruck march, or even stand for more than a few minutes without legitimate crippling pain. I have a legitimate foot issue, but it has gotten so much worse since all this started.

So confused
He totally ignored the pain in my hands and wrists and says the feet pain is plantar
fasciitis
. The hospital Dr asked the GP via a letter to send me to a rheumatologists, but GP says I need to see a physiotherapist.

It's not sore in the morning (so I was kinda ruling out plantar
fasciitis
, I'm I wrong?) or to walk on but the minute I raise my toes to the ceiling to stretch, ouch! Any advice?! I've got it on ice... Cheers!

Sore soles of the feet and stiff legs and ankles (Plantar Fasciitis)
I have had this problem, when first getting out of bed, for many years. Some advise it is due to under medication of Hypothyroidism, others say it is an imbalance of medication. My symptoms have improved as I perfected my perfect doses of synthetic medication and NDT. I have just experienced how vital
