Returning to exercise after lap
I know I will need to rest for a good few weeks but
exercise
is so important for my mental health and I struggle quite badly without it. Anyone who has had a diagnostic lap, how long did you wait until you could return to gentle
exercise
?

Treadmill stress test.
Hi all, My cardiologist has referred me for a treadmill stress test to check my chronotropic response to
exercise
. Has anyone had one before? From what I've read it's to check my hr during
exercise
. Any advice or views on it? Thank Taz.

Exercise and resting heart rate
Does anyone feel their resting heart rate is too low compared to what it usually is and their actual fitness level is not reflective of their lower resting HR? Based on max heart rate during a buggy run I think the RHR is being falsely lowered by hypothyroidism.

Tips and Tricks for Panic Attacks
I’ve been through CBT, grounding, self visualization, etc. I know about rubber bands on my wrists to snap, 333, breathing exercises, sticking my face in ice water, aromatherapy. Are there other methods people are using to help get over active panic attacks? Just want to help each other. Thanks

EXERCISE is our best med.
“It’s a two-year, tailored intervention, with both strength and aerobic components,” to see if
exercise
can help men with metastatic prostate cancer live longer and better. What else lowers stress? Meditation.

According to a groundbreaking study, high-intensity exercise may be effective in reversing Parkinson's Disease Neurodegeneration
The results of a new pilot study indicate that vigorous

can create protective effects on the brain, potentially slowing down and reversing neurodegeneration caused by Parkinson's disease. http://list23.com/3738355-according-to-a-groundbreaking-study-high-intensity-

SMART
When I've read literature, it seems to suggest not using symbicort before
exercise
. Inhalers only last a month if I only use 2 puffs twice a day, add in a puff before
exercise
, and usually some after, I get through them really quick!
