Yes, definitely
Losing weight using a healthy diet (no Rx) and
exercise
can definitely improve kidney function. Btw, most people with ckd die from a heart condition before reaching dialysis necessity (90%). Healthy diet and
exercise
greatly reduces cardiovascular risks for 98% of people.

Exercise following open heart surgery
I would now like to start getting back into
exercise
as I’m feeling much better though still have some soreness around my sternum. I would particularly like to get back into yoga to build up my strength and suppleness.

Exercise after embryo transfer/in pregnancy?
Hi, I'm about to start my first frozen transfer cycle after a freeze all collection a few months ago. In the last year I've been doing an aerial hoop class once a week and it's been so good for my mental health (and fitness too). I had always planned that if I got pregnant I would just stop going, however

High-intensity Exercise Can Reverse Neurodegeneration in Parkinson’s Disease
In fact, after six months of
exercise
, the neurons actually had grown healthier and produced stronger dopamine signals. Dopamine is a chemical that helps brain cells communicate with each other.

Prednisone to Deal With Exercise Inflammation ?
During most of my life, I've experienced a lot of stiffness and soreness after
exercise
. I've often quiried my friends who
exercise
similarly whether they experience a similar degree of stiffness and soreness. The answer has always been no.

For anxiety,,,, there are so many techniques to help us breathe better... and for
exercise
...the rule for many is...inhale on relaxation and exhale during exertion. So.. today.... some breathing work! The key word here, being...Gently.

Can you do too much exercise?
We all know how important
exercise
is for neurological conditions so I followed the conditions of a randomised American clinical trial comparing aerobic training with balance training. The participants spent 30 minutes five times a week for four weeks on a static bike.
