Pelvic floor exercise video removed.

I had a RP 5 years ago with recurrence - then had 72Gy of IMRT. After the RP with pelvic floor exercises, I had incontinence under control - just wearing 1 shield per day. But then after radiation I completely lost control. I go thru periods of intensely training and I still have hope. My problem is that the video I use for exercises has disappeared from the Vimeo platform. Question: does anyone remember the organization and study that produced the videos - the study was in conjunction with using Viagra for ED . I would like to get a private copy. Alternatively, does anyone know of a decent workout routing. I have looked at Michelle Kenway, but find she talks a bit much for my taste. I liked the good looking gay guy that just did the counting.
