Exercise and heart rate
I also have an
exercise
routine that I have been doing daily after a visit from a sports coach. My routine includes 1 kg weight work, 4 minutes on a step at a fairly slow pace and I also do 15 minutes on an
exercise
bike.

Back in the saddle, "100 most motivating exercise bike songs of all time"
Started back, using my old
exercise
bike. Personally I find the
exercise
bike the most boring form of
exercise
possible (5 mins on an
exercise
bike is a lifetime). So video or music involvement is essential and found this on YouTube. https://youtu.be/pRpeEdMmmQ0?

Exercise webinar today
I have just watched the webinar covering the launch of a booklet concerning
exercise
routines for PMR/GCA sufferers. Well done to all who contributed. It was clearly popular and I estimate 250 people watched. My question now is how to download the booklet and/or how to get a hard copy.

Help for exercise
So in between time, whilst I walk to a little shop where I volunteer twice a week, I feel I don’t do a lot of
exercise
. I think I need a shove or something to get outside. Any helpful suggestions welcomed.

Any opinions on HMB?
They are tablets you take that help you
exercise
for longer by minimising protein breakdown and
exercise
during
exercise
- I find my strength increases, but as my numbers continue to go up, wonder if there could be any negative effects ie does it encourage CLL?

Post bypass surgery exercise
Hi guys So I'm 6 weeks post double bypass op. My cardio rehab team have referred me to the local gym. However, in hindsight I've decided it's not for me. I can't face going to the gym, come out in a sweat just thinking about it! I was just wondering do you have any recommendations for home fitness

The Plans may Change...
I am still doing a fair amount of breathing
exercise
for my anxiety and that is ongoing and used as and when needed.. ( less often now for those pesky panic episodes... ). The YWA Ten minute Balance breathing is splendid and can be done any time.

PDS/pigmentary glaucoma and exercise
Basic advice from ophthalmologist at diagnosis was to not
exercise
with very little offerings of what you could/could not do.
Exercise
has been a big part of my life (football, running, Crossfit/functional fitness) and at 34 years old it's hard to comprehend a life without

PVCs now occurring only hours after exercise but last a week
But now since
exercise
seems to trigger PVCs it seems logical that I stop. But how can I keep maintaining a healthy and strong body without
exercise
?!?! 😭😭 Anyone managed to overcome
exercise
induced PVCs, or found a way to condition their heart back to normal?

Fatigue and Exercise
Has anyone any thoughts. on carrying on exercising, whist going through bad fatigue. I have a daily morning routine which I have been doing since I was diagnosed in 2018. I do not feel like doing it at the moment. So far, I have pushed myself through it. I suppose I could radically reduce the level,
