T takes off after exercise

Hi. I'm 15 months in. Generally it's improved alot, much softer. However after exercise it really takes off! It doesn't settle for a few hours after. Anyone else experience this and have any advice? I just go with it. Obviously something to do with the body being under stress and that then affects the T

This sounds like you may have a degree of somatic tinnitus. This is where your tinnitus is increased by stimulus from the somatic nerve system which is itself increased by muscular activity. There is a crossover pathway with the auditory nerve which allows this to happen. That is as I understand it , I am not a doctor but I have the same problem as you.
