Correct about exercise. I’m on Orgovyx and Xtandi. Exercise, cardio and weight lifting, make my QOL so much better.

Thanks for the share - I'll spend some time going through this paper, but at the end of the day we have to work out like our lives depend on it (because it does, at the minimum, as Explorer08 states, QOL). Tomorrow is barbell squats + indoor biking...
