I would like some advice on what kind of exercises can I do during stimulation? I’m just freezing embryos no fresh transfer.
I heard that too much exercise and you risk rupturing follicles. I usually only get 1-2 follicles each cycle. I would love to go back running- is that a risk?
I would be really grateful for some advice, I’m going through a stressful time and need some exercise. Thank you x
