Feeling down, no period
I normally
exercise
and eat well to get myself sorted. This feeling of sadness is growing and I don't know what to do. Feels like everyone else is getting on and I am stuck. I just don't know where to turn my head on this, feels rough.

Short, fat, and many health problems
I think my main issue is that I don't
exercise
. I don't eat breakfast, and I don't get hungry. I eat usually one meal a day and a snack in the evening when I take meds. The doctors have me taking so many medications I am tired of that. I can't walk very far due to my back pain.

beautiful morning for a run
I’d promised my son I’d drop him off at the gym again for some gentle
exercise
( now that he is allowed to again) this morning so I parked up outside, gave him my car keys and my headphones case, and went off for my run.

First six-month blood test, and my lymphocytes have gone down!
I did change my diet to eat clean, lost a stone and a half and
exercise
a little most days. I also take green tea extract every day and that seems to have helped too.

Is 30min X 3 times/week enough?
So I tell myself 90 min cardio per week sounds like an ok amount of
exercise
. But... Is it? My aim with C25 was to stop leading a mostly sedentary life and be more active. Is this enough? Am I getting any benefit at all? I'm in my early 40s and properly overweight.

Increasing bone density with exercise as protein
An interesting study, that showed a significant increase in bone mass in 3 months as a result of regular
exercise
including resistance training.

IC and pelvic pain
I also have regular physiotherapy and do gentle
exercise
(yoga, swimming). I started taking Desert Harvest Aloe Vera about a year ago and it has helped me get rid of the stinging feeling when emptying my bladder.

Work on healing balance
The principle is to
exercise
the feed back between my eyes and feet. I also move my arms to affect my balance. I do sometimes close my eyes. I do not have a regime as I find no comfort in being anal/ a good boy. I do it ESO every so often.

Shortness of breath improved by Eliquis?
Often I feel it most when just beginning to
exercise
, and it gets better if I
exercise
for a while. But sometimes I feel it at rest too. It comes and goes.

Stretching and exercising after cataract ops
I keep on reading that you shouldn't
exercise
for a month after the operations, but I am wondering how some of you kept reasonably fit during that time period. Can I do nothing more than walking (can I walk/dance to music on YouTube?) and walking up and down steps?

Graves Disease - Exercise
I’m wondering is it safe for me to
exercise
? Say swimming or dance class? My heart rate isn’t massively high but at times is slightly raised at around 100 beats per minute. I have been having some heart palpitations, which prompted the discovery of the Graves’ disease having returned.

Bicalutamide and Eligard
I am thinking to increase the amount of
exercise
. What do you think? Can I live 15 years from today? I am 63 years old. Gleason 9. Look at my profile. I have relied on bicalutamide for 40 months already. Doctor still thinks it is still working. He said somebody it works for 12 years.

confused with WPW and right bundle block.
I had all the usual test, and have just received a follow up letter from the
exercise
stress test which states 'His ECG at the start was different from his clinic ECG and now shows right bundle branch block'.

Had the ablation.
I add, that when the local anesthetist saw my pulmonary function tests he did not want to do the procedure but my daily
exercise
paid off. The fact that I had improved my general condition convinced the NY anesthetists it was safe to proceed.
