heart attack/takyasu arteritis

I had a heart attack in April 2024 straight after a Infliximab infusion as part of treatment for Takyasu arteritis (rare form of vasculitis) and went on to have three stents fitted. I was advised that the heart attack was caused by the vasculitis as my arteries were inflamed. I actually had a TIA in February and following this I had a CT scan which showed the vasculitis in my neck.

There is no Cardiac Rehab Nurse locally but I have seen a Physio for some advice on exercise. I am wondering if anyone can advise on recovery and timescales. I feel some improvement but struggle with tiredness, sleep is not great, still get racing heart episodes. Also does anyone have a dull ache in heart area, I wondered if it was due to stents, it’s only intermittent
