What is a Molli Suit

A comfortable jacket and trousers with built-in electro-stimulation for adults and children living with motor function and other disabilities.

Each Suit delivers individually programmed electro-stimulation to muscle groups over the whole body simultaneously during a 60 minute session.

Mollii’s sensory-level stimulation brings relief and help where needed by prompting natural responses of muscle inhibition, muscle activation and pain relief, lasting for up to 48 hours.

Enhance therapy and exercise to improve movement, function and well-being quickly and for the long-term. Experience the benefits at your own assessment.

🙂Now available in the UK……click on the link to find assessment centres.

I’ve had a trial, and am hoping to lease one for a month.

👍🙂 I hope you find it helpful….and look forward to hearing about your experience.

The initial trial was fruitless, but a 4 week lease should be a more realistic test of potential benefits. It’s an expensive experiment, but like many of us I’m desperate. Bizarrely, neither of my 2 Neurologists had even heard of the Mollii Suit, which is a little concerning’

Hi Ostap,

Great to hear about this. I wasn't sure this would have been suitable for my wife. Please keep us posted on how it's worked for you 😊.

Best of luck !!

Unfortunately, it's still not available yet here across the pond. I've been aware of the suit for sometime now. Ostap should not be surprised by the "lack" of knowledge distributed by his neuro's. It can be up to the patients to educate them on therapies. Best of luck. :)

Went through the whole process of Molli suit potentially helping with Ataxia muscle issues in Australia 12 months ago. Did tests, info went back to Germany. Results came back won't work with Ataxia. Maybe they have redesigned it. They should give it to you for free for a month as was my original deal

Check out the downsides before using

🤔 I would try it myself, to find out if it helped with pain relief..but I have no other expectations.

Yes…I can see it isn’t suitable for everybody. I expect ‘a disclaimer’ would need to be signed beforehand.

🤔I once considered 4-AP-Ampyra-Dalfampridine ……even if this was proven to help with ataxia symptoms, I would hesitate because of my link with Epilepsy.

My trial of the Mollii Suit (3 weeks out of 4) has proved pretty useless. Still worth a try if you can afford it and are desperate enough!

That’s a shame..but you wouldn’t have known if you hadn’t tried it for yourself.
