Exercise post surgery
Hi, I appreciate there are other more serious matters of concern but I would just like to know what types of
exercise
and when you started after lung surgery. I am bored with physio and less motivated to walk everyday!

My Anxiety
Hello All, I'm writing this as a means to vent in hopes it will help me get on track. I've had terrible anxiety since childhood. For a long time I just muscled through it but the older I got the harder this became. I have serious social anxiety, yet I doubt any of my friends or family actually know

PGAD relief tips
Hi all, I am reaching out to see amy tips you may have for relief? Currently lasts 24 hours a day, worst is at night but never goes away. Its very distressing and I cried again today as am just so exhausted. Have seen a urogynacologist and am now trialling HRT patches (hysterectomy in 2018) plus estrogen

getting by, 1 more day (almost)
I'm having so much trouble regulating emotions these days. It hurts. I've tried to work on this, learn, and practice this, but it remains difficult, and probably especially now as I've felt in a depressive spiral these past 6 weeks. I thought I was beginning to bring myself out of this. But today

The Plans may Change...
I am still doing a fair amount of breathing
exercise
for my anxiety and that is ongoing and used as and when needed.. ( less often now for those pesky panic episodes... ). The YWA Ten minute Balance breathing is splendid and can be done any time.

Anxiety
Currently woke up feeling anxious. I want to cry and stay in bed. My heart is beating like crazy, nauseous and my head hurts. A lot of things going on today. Trying to plan simple things that can allow me to get through the day. Hopefully a few breathing exercises can help. 😔How are you guys doing?

Exercise during IVF
I heard that too much
exercise
and you risk rupturing follicles. I usually only get 1-2 follicles each cycle. I would love to go back running- is that a risk? I would be really grateful for some advice, I’m going through a stressful time and need some
exercise
. Thank you x

However, how’s the time to address the
exercise
. Everything I’ve read online seems to point to the most gentle stuff; walking/swimming/Pilates.

Time to get moving...gently does it...
When we have issues in our lives, physical or mental, and have to take time out of our normal
exercise
routine, it may be tricky to find a replacement
exercise
that will keep us moving. Whatever your favourite
exercise
is , it is sometimes just not feasible to do it!

Hi all, Sorry for the long post I really need some help and support as my GP isnt really moving as quickly as I need. I'd love the hive minds thoughts on this as i am DESPERATE. I've suffered on and on with indigestion my whole life. Around early 2020, I ended up on Lansoprazol 20mg per day. In March

Just stepping out of your door is an adventure... Walking, the Best Exercise...Part Two.
Okay forum friends here I am... Another day, another post and than you all for the many replies and photographs too. Another good night's sleep followed the relaxing breathing exercises and a few gentle stretches too, last night. Box breathing, done, in the shadowy cool of the evening, before settling
