Exercise and fibro
I have been in a rheumatology unit exercising every day for 2 weeks. On discharge I carried on with the exercising but have found that exercising only makes the muscle pain worse, as if the muscles get trapped. I know what exercising a normal body (without fibro) feels like but the pain has heightened

Back Again
Hello everyone, sorry in advance for the mammoth post. I was last on this forum about 7-8 years ago in 2015/2016 after my previous symptom free asthma flared up badly and left me very sick (back on inhalers, steroids, and multiple hospital admissions). We managed to get my asthma back under control

Exercise induced AF
This is the first time this has been specifically
exercise
triggered as far as I know. I saw my private cardiologist 2 days ago who tried to reassure me
exercise
was still ok.

My IBS Team Sheet – Are you breathing correctly? (How it helps my IBS and anxiety)
In the mean time why not spend some time researching into how doing some breathing
exercise
could help you manage your anxiety that will in turn calm your IBS flare up! Remember you will never be able to get rid of your anxiety completely as it is part of the human condition.

My IBS Team Sheet – 1. Muscular pain in chest (How I manage)
Simply by 'leaning in' or focussing on the tension and using a breathing
exercise
and mindfulness I soon become calm with the knowledge that the tension will pass. [i]
Always here if you ever want to chat about how to manage your IBS symptoms from someone who has IBS.

What I understand about my life. What happened to me and from what I can piece together from such little memory.
My whole life was controlled by fear and trauma. I have CPTSD. I grew up basically with an ostracized feeling. I had 5 angry dysfunction brothers with lots of alcohol and drug use and all way older than me. My youngest brother was 6 years older than me so we never shared a grade together. My mother was

post ablation exercise
I’ve been offerred a cryo ablation at the beginning of June after waiting over 2 years. I have holidays booked a fortnight after. They say there is no issue with flying and my first holiday is a 10 day break in Turkey where I can be very chilled and relaxed for 10 days. Then I’m back for a day and off

Exercise and Vasculitis
Hello, recently diagnosed with renal-limited vasculitis and trying to adjust lifestyle as best I can. Quit alcohol and eating a healthy diet which feels great. Wondering about weight training and if anyone has experience. I enjoy weight training a lot for mental health and to keep my strength but

Exercise and IVF
hi, I did short rounds in the past and was told
exercise
needed to be very gentle-yoga and walks-I must admit I struggled with walking nearer the egg collect due to bloating. This time I am going to be on a long cycle where I get another 2 weeks of injections.

exercise tips
Normally would ignore this and think been doing more then normal
exercise
so expect to feel like this . My question , is this bad for nursing an inflamed body , if that makes sense ? Obviously we all have to keep moving and get the ticker going !

Pain After Exercise
This is my first time posting and I’m new to all this so apologies if I’ve done something wrong! I’ve recently had a diagnosis of endometriosis after years of bad periods. The specialist during my laparoscopy burnt away the endometriosis patches (I now know this is not the most ideal way of treating

My Anxiety
Hello All, I'm writing this as a means to vent in hopes it will help me get on track. I've had terrible anxiety since childhood. For a long time I just muscled through it but the older I got the harder this became. I have serious social anxiety, yet I doubt any of my friends or family actually know

exercise?
I'm wondering if daily
exercise
(50 min at the gym) could be making me stuck at 12.5 mg? I've tried several slow tapers but only made it from 20 mg to 12.5 mg in the last 9 months. Any ideas?

Causes Of Breathlessness
My asthma used to be simple. Periodic periods of tight chest and breathlessness. Then it worsened and they diagnosed asthma, many hospital visits later and i got up to severe asthma with poor control. Then I realised that my breathlessness was not simply asthma. There were very sharp attacks that
