I did short rounds in the past and was told exercise needed to be very gentle-yoga and walks-I must admit I struggled with walking nearer the egg collect due to bloating.
This time I am going to be on a long cycle where I get another 2 weeks of injections. Apparently the 2 weeks before will be like menopausal symptoms. As nothing is technically growing can I exercise-thinking racquet sports, workout class. I’m just conscious that I struggle with weight due to pcos so being inactive will increase my weight which isn’t good for the treatment. I struggle to lose weight but just want to maintain at best now.
Thanks

As far as I'm aware, the main risk with exercise is during stims (ovarian torsion), but I would double check with your clinic as they will know best what's right for you
I only did short cycles but when on stims I tended to take a pragmatic approach and listen to my body. As the follicle size increased before retrieval my high intensity cardio decreased.
Due to PGT testing I have a 4 month break between retrieval and transfer so resumed normal workouts almost immediately. But post successful transfer I haven’t been able to do any exercise apart from walking due to first 3 months just being exhausted, thereafter contracting whooping cough, which unfortunately takes about 4 months to clear since the antibiotics aren’t recommended during pregnancy.
Personally I carried on exercising during stims until I started feeling bloating and then stopped. For one of my cycles this was a week into it and for another after a few days I stopped. The main thing I did was listen to my body.
