I though that article provided some interesting insights into thought control and exercise. Maybe thought can be used to control unwanted movement as well. Imagine you don't have Parkinson's or you don't have a tremor...

I remember him on British TV discussing benefits of fasting. Here he talks about thinking about thinking of exercise. He mentions a study that brought to mind a study from several years ago. College students were divided into two groups. One group spent an hour a day shooting baskets at the free line. The second group didn't touch a basketball but spent that hour a day VISUALISING shooting baskets. At the end of the month the first group had improved their free throws by 60%. But the non-exercising group improved their free-throws by 40%.
