Good for you, Beaconthecat!

That's about all we can do: that, and not neglect medical appointments for updates.

Keep at it!

I am definitely not a doctor. I am very well versed in our disease. I was on watching wait for 8 years. In the beginning when I was diagnosed to keep away from meds for a reason. The meds that were available at the time only give you 15 years so no matter when you started taking them you had 15 years. So they can't be away from it as long as it could knowing that. I was probably a week away from death two weeks ago. I wish I started treatment earlier The new treatments do not have a time or timer so I would definitely converse with your specialist about starting treatment if you are observing adverse effects.

I was diagnosed with SLL through a lymph node biopsy in December. My oncologist is trying to get my medication down to what will work without giving me horrific headaches. What is W&W. I’m new to all of this.
