So the weight I had at my neighbours house was slightly wrong and only gained 5lb since my last gp weigh in which obviously being 30 once accounted too booze and chocolate and binge eating party snacks. Back on track today now I know I only gained 5lb and lighter than I was on neighbours scales phew.

Worried about my daughters regain of weight after limiting food
My daughter is 15 and for 5 weeks in Feb and March she limited her calorie intake to about 700 cal a day or less on the days she did football/PE or dance - after referral to nhs clinic after being about 9lb below her normal wright they said she is very underweight so no school or sport - 5 weeks later

My Struggle
I don't know whether I have a problem or not, but I probably do. I know what I'm doing isn't healthy, but I don't care. Low inr - again
I guess my query straddles both weight loss and heart health as my inr has dropped to 1.6 despite being an optimum 2.3 the week before. Octasa 800mg giving me problems???
Hi. Currently flaring with UC. I have had 2 short pred courses off GP Feb and Mar waiting to be seen but ended up on IV Steroids 4 days coming home on 10week pred 40 mg taper. My stools have formed slightly and blood not as bad but the mornings 're much worse since I have started to try and eat better
