Feeling quite proud...
I love
cycling
and swimming but just couldn’t ever run. Tired 2 in my life and hated it both times. A couple of things happened and I heard about this program. Omg I cannot believe how well it works! On week one I only just managed.

Running MOT / Pausing B210k / Back to C25k!
Hips •Practice the
cycling
action on one leg by pretending you are riding a skateboard. Arms •Remember to relax. •Keep body still, swing arms in a relaxed way from the shoulders. • Backward arm drive - imagine the elbow as a hammer, driving into the wall behind you.

C25K Six Months in the Bag - Reflections and the future...
I like looking in the mirror now and I love the fact that I’ve gone down a dress and bra size, and my legs are hard as rock, not wibbly wobbly any more - running sorts the cellulite out much, much better than
cycling
(which I was addicted to 20 years ago but never lost the wobble)!!

The Lighter Side: Update from Benjamin Mansions (via my Personal Assistant..) ;-)
He is in fact a Clean Living and Decent Guy who loves People (children included - so long as they are house trained - ha ha), Animals, Nature, Re-
cycling
, Broccoli, the BBC, and all GOOD Things. He doesn’t like or support BAD People or Things. Like all True Leaders, he is, er.. um..

I'm sure stories about
cycling
have been shared many times, but high intensity workouts on a stationary bike have become my favorite form of intense exercise. I was struck by the comment of one man in this article that he was diagnosed 15 years ago and people don't even know he has Parkinson's.

Bipolar Androgen Therapy (BAT)
It is hypothesized that you can reset your cancer cells to again respond to ADT, by
cycling
back and forth between ADT and treatment with high levels of testosterone. On it's surface this sounds crazy, but it can't be that crazy as there are a number of ongoing trials testing this as a treatment.

What You Need to Know Before Trying Intermittent Fasting
As you might already know, especially if you’re someone who follows healthy eating and weight loss trends, intermittent fasting (IF) is a diet that calls for
cycling
between periods of eating and periods of fasting.

Cardiomyopathy, did symptoms resolve once on correct medication?
I do manage to walk some distances and have just gone back to
cycling
but some days I feel so winded by it all that I don't want to do too much. The doctor did mention post viral fatigue causing general weakness and that the respiratory mechanism needs to be reset.

My story - 16 years with metastatic prostate cancer - I’ve had just about everything
He also advised me to take up
cycling
- telling me that he wasn’t sure why this had a positive impact on survival, but it did.

Tourist in Balloch
After a couple of days watching the
cycling
in Glasgow. I was then looking forward to a run in Balloch country park. It turned out to be a pleasant 4.5k although there was one really big incline (photos do not do it justice), was a pleasure to run in the park so picturesque.

Confusion around tackling daily tasks, where to start, what order to do things in and getting very mixed up!
This morning needed to put 're-
cycling
out, get dressed, open mail, make three paintballs and send a few texts. This hasn't happened, like a brain freeze and as if my brain gets stuck trying to work out the order to do things in and it takes way to long to sort it out.

AV node ablation - is sport still possible?
I was reading some comments which say that the pacemaker does respond to the demands required for sport and hence increased muscle fatigue and sometimes fainting ( not very good when
cycling
). Any experience would be welcomed
