Posted a while back that I was looking for inspiration after suffering a groin problem.
Well I did week3 run 1 last night after nearly 6 weeks out of doing it but decided to go where I left off.
I got a lot of inspiration from a lot of people on this thread who have managed the whole lot even when they couldn’t run before. So i decided last night was the night to get back out. I hadn’t run as far as I normally do but I’m back doing it. 😊
Not running tonight but going to do some cycling now as well to help strengthen weak areas in my body.

Brilliant attitude, Diddy! Distance doesn’t matter one jot, so take each run nice and slowly, chalk it off as completed and move on. You’re sure to surprise yourself! 😀
