Positive thinking

April 2018 had 5 way bypass surgery followed by AF am now doing cardiac rehab, circuit training, cycling,long walks and light weights.

Going back to work in September. Am 62 and love red wine and Guinness.so everyone enjoy life and stay positive

Really pleased you’re feeling so positive. You are right positivity goes a long way to improving your health. But Guinness ..........each to their own I suppose!!!!! Zena

Yay...yes... positive thinking does help coping with everything life grants us...good on you with your recovery... keep on doing what you're doing as it obviously works for you..

So glad that you are being positive, there really is no other way to be, glass half full and all that. I had bypass in March and everyone is surprised to see how well I am doing and I am sure its a lot to do with believing in yourself and confident that things will improve and we all have a long and happy life xx
