Is it sciatica or arthritis?
Cycling
does not cause me any problems. I saw a consultant in August 2018 and he told me I had arthritis in my left hip and recommended a hip replacement.

Cycle No More – or maybe?
In summary I would dearly love to be able to continue
cycling
. I have no expectations to be Tour de France type roadster but to be able to ride 20 to 30 miles, on country roads around where I live, two or three times a week is my aerobic exercise.

Hip replacement?
I enjoy
cycling
and can do this with no problem. I've been told I need a hip replacement due to severe arthritis in my left hip. Has anyone had a hip replacement and if so have they been able to walk and cycle again. I was a keen fellwalker sometimes covering up to 14 miles.

I enjoy
cycling
and swimming and, now that I can run too, I've signed up for a novice triathlon in June - the run distance is only 2.5km but after a 200m swim and 19km bike ride it should be interesting and will require training.

Just diagnosed hyPERthyroid. Should I go private? Orthostatic hypotension?

Today's trip into the city centre
I decided to walk as it was windy initially and a forecast of showers, I'm not a fan of
cycling
in the rain. Fortunately it didn't rain at all today although looked threatening. I walked 32,500 steps. Hope you like the photos. Stay safe and well all. Alicia🐎🏞😊🌈

A good cycle ride today
It's been a bit damp and drizzly here today but fortunately most of the drizzle was when I wasn't
cycling
. I cycled 24.5 miles. Hope you all have a lovely rest of the day and here's some photos and one of me. Alicia 🌈🚴♂️🚴♂️

In pursuit of 80%! 🚴🏻♀️
I would say that during the 30 minutes of intense
cycling
, I managed to reach 80% maybe for 15/20% of that time. Any observations from the gang most welcome and I hope that you’re as well as can be expected.

First Follow Up on MyTestosterone Trial
So the rapid
cycling
did not seem to fit my cancers growth/reproduction rate.) Last Wednesday, 10 days after my last of the 3 injections my testosterone level was 801 nG/dL (12.6 free T). And my PSA was 0.180 (up from 0.080) before the testosterone cycle.

My Son's first HM today!
I went and did a lazy bit of
cycling
up on the outdoor gym where I could see the track. Son kept going, and seemed to be keeping to the pace.

Excercise induced AF and Ectopic beats
I'm pretty head mashed tbh as excercise and competing is a massive part of my life, I've been put onto 2.5mg Bisoprolol which keeps my HR low, but seriously affects my sport performance, feeling way harder than it would have before for a set pace running or
cycling
Also I still tend to get at rest occasionally

Tiredness
I am only 48 and am quite fit as two young boys and
cycling
keeps me going but I am worried that if I’m like this now then what is it going to be like when I’m in my 60s I’m hoping it’s because the platelets are lower than normal and when back on track I should be getting back to normality again.

That hurt but for all the right reasons
I have been
cycling
through the winter so stamina was not a issue, it was just a different set of muscles.
