For those looking to run longer distances during lockdown and worrying about where you can go, here are the guidelines for Scotland.

"local outdoor recreation, sport or exercise, walking, cycling, golf, or running that starts and finishes at the same place (which can be up to 5 miles from the boundary of your local authority area) as long as you abide by the rules on meeting other households"

Thats not to bad actually. Gives plenty scope for some decent distances to be covered. Weather in West Fife has been pretty bad anyway I.e. very icy. Only managed 1st outing of the year this afternoon.

Hi there, could you pop up west Lomond for me please 🤣 we did east Lomond the day before you and us (P&K) went into level 3 so couldn't go back the following week to walk it. It may be a while before we can cross the borderagain. Take care🤗

Lol 😆 I've never actually did the Lomond Hills so you are well ahead of me. Something for the future for me. I'm in Dunfermline with plenty of open country tracks around, so spoiled for choice.
