Well hello 2021!!! I final managed to get the time and inclination to get back out running. The first 5k is under my belt albeit nearly 3 minutes slower than it was in September. I have been cycling through the winter so stamina was not a issue, it was just a different set of muscles.
So if anyone is struggling to get back off the couch and make their way through the sweet wrappers, crisp packets and drinks cans I urge you to get back out there and start to make a return to the you you were last year .
You will thank me in the end!!
