Week 9 -5 kg 💪 but hello hair loss( Help(
I eat 1400-1500 calories a day and go
cycling
4 hours a week. I used to take multivitamins occasionally. I've realized that I need to take it daily, because my hair is shedding, thinning and don't look good. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Androgen Receptor Signalling Inhibitors – Post-Chemotherapy, Pre-Chemotherapy and now in castration sensitive prostate cancer - ERC -6.15.21
It is possible though that, just like the ARSIs validated several other old concepts in the last decade, they could also resurrect the concept of
cycling
between periods of intense therapy and de-intensification.

Wk7 R3 and a rename!
I'm 61 at the end of the month, never run before although we go
cycling
(on a tandem with my husband) and I do a fair bit of other exercise mostly cardio and body toning. So I'll join the slow running brigade and just enjoy the scenery - it certainly was a beautiful morning.

Anxious wait for Liver Biopsy
He has barely drank alcohol in the last year as we were trying to get fitter by
cycling
. The only drug hes had is his Astrazenuca vaccine which he had 3 days after ERCP . Also we do keep chickens and they get cleaned out regularly - dont know how relevant any of this is.

First 10K in 2 months ☀️
He must be
cycling
round the houses! The third time I see him we acknowledge each other. The fourth time I laugh and so does he. The fifth km is mostly downhill towards ‘home’, but I don’t run quite that far, turning left to do part of the route again.

Exercising and flecainide
I gave the
cycling
a rest for a while and started back with short, easy rides with no issues. Last week though I did a longer (3 hour) ride, kept it steady and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything seemed fine until I awoke at 4am the following morning with an afib, exactly like my pre-flec days.

WATER, WATER, EVERYWHERE...
As a keen walker and cyclist I have the usual walking Paramo coats and troos, and the required boil-in-the-bag
cycling
coat, but I am new to running and need something to shed the rain whilst out on the moor.

Flecainide and Metoprolol Combo Have Stopped Working
I don't tolerate exercise very well now that I am in constant atrial flutter and I would like to return to the various sports I play (ice hockey,
cycling
, golf, paddling) I am afraid that none of that will be possible for me in the future. Does anyone have similar experience?

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (ultra rapid
cycling
). My mood swings were so severe and happened so fast. They changed within the same day often times and sometimes on top of one another. Over time, I had more diagnoses added, more meds added.

At present and on prednisolone and RoActemra, I am happy that I don't have fever and constitutional symptoms any more but I definitely don't feel like long distance or uphill
cycling
- just walking 6-8 km a day is what I can do at present.
