Week 9 run 3 and thank you
So decided that today was the day for the final run . Did the run with Laura who has been with me throughout (thank you) and then kept running until I completed the 5K ( very slowly) in 51 mins. Reflecting on how far I have come with C25K , you have been with me through the first year of retirement

She is referring me for
counselling
but the waiting list is 9 months so if it's just my current situation that's getting me down then I "May" be feeling better by then.

Desperately need help asap
I have a 22 year old daughter who was diagnosed last year. She is on meds but no therapy or coaching. She is struggling as well as the rest of us as she is not working to get help. She only uses meds sporadically. When she doesn’t she is up all night and sleeps all day. We are desperate to find some

I have just lost 28lbs over 11weeks with the amazing help and support of a specialist
counselling
service who guided me all the way through. Not only have I lost the weight but crucially I have got my head around much of my, what I now realise was, ‘disordered eating patterns’.

Anxiety
I have sought help from my gp and I am back getting some
counselling
again . It's the sense of loneliness and isolation that grips me sometime. I have blood cancer and I'm a carer for an elderly mum . Some days I just can't move because of panic attacks .

I’m waiting to hear about trauma
counselling
and adhd and autism assessments. I think my main issue is worrying about work and finances. I just can’t physically work at the moment yet I’m made to feel like I’m not helping myself or I’m exaggerating my symptoms by the gps, mental health services.

struggling with grief
I can face seeing my friends, but I can make
counselling
, doctors and accupuncture appointments. Life feels very overwhelming right now. My period is due tomorrow, bbt is going down, it’s always the hardest time. If anyone can relate I’d love to hear from you. Infertility is just so lonely

Keep freezing when wife has anxiety attacks.
Since having our 5 y/o daughter, wife's anxiety has increased dramatically. For the first 4ish years she'd direct her anger towards me. That was hard as of often struggle with feelings of not being good enough in life anyway. I'm now on ADD, anti-depression and anti-anxiety meds, doing better. To my

Neuropsychology for NEAD
Good morning everyone, I’ve recently been diagnosed with Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder (UK) and been advised by the neurologist the treatment for this is
counselling
and CBT. My question to everyone is:- Should NEAD be treated by a neuropsychologist who has experience and knowledge of NEAD?

How to deal with suicidal thoughts
I've been having some relapses for the past weeks. A lot of thoughts of abuse, loss and codependency I've experience in the past that keeps invading my thoughts while I'm working on things and my emotional state is crippled everytime. To the point where I barely have energy to do anything for the rest

Asking for help is Okay
In fact, even if you find that
counselling
is not necessary, support from family and friends is an essential component of dealing with grief. If you do feel that grief
counselling
would be beneficial, begin by talking to your primary health provider.
