Depression left me but I didn't left it
Now I think I have to go to
counselling
again. But in all of this mess happening I never loose hope even though I now know that a part of depression always stays and takes over a root in ourselves. But I think I'm okay with it cuz if I survived till now I will surely survive in coming times too.

Our Postpartum Psychosis s01 ep03
Hello you wonderful people! I would like to say a big "thank you" for all the support i'm getting from you! It is such a great feeling to know that you are not alone in this terrible situation and that there are people that had the same problem and are willing to "scratch their wounds" in order to provide

Spino Celebral Ataxia ( SCA2) / Huntington Disease
Hello All, Is there any cure for SCA2 ( spino cerebral ataxia) and Huntington disease. My mother in law is dealing with it and she has been bedridden from last 4 years. We have tried our best to see every possible neurologist in the town but things are going south as days are passing. Since we don't

I pay for private
counselling
and speech therapy but more recently due to covid that has stopped. I’ve emailed autistic society and tried ringing but not getting through. Im really at a loss what to do or where to get advice.

Counselling
Hi All, Can anyone recommend the best type of counsellor, to listen and advise on the hard topic of children or hysterectomy? I need to speak it through with someone non biased. Uk based, norfolk ideally? Telephone ok, but in person ideal. Thank you

Therapists with anxiety
Are there any therapists out there who have a diagnosed anxiety disorder? I am starting my internship for counseling this fall and am feeling very nervous. I just wanted to hear from people who have been in the same or similar situation and what helped you get through it.

Relentless Anxiety
I’m new here and I’m struggling with anxiety everyday. I don’t know what else to do I’ve tried medication, counseling, meditation, exercise, diet, and prayer. I hope this community is active because it feels a little better reaching out. Any kind words are helpful.

Struggling emotionally
I struggled through this period and started
counselling
which really helped. We then had the 2nd FET and that was unsuccessful too and I managed to deal with this really well.

I'm new here
I am very depressed, mostly because of the place where I live. I had my own apartment for 10 years, up until 2017 when my husband died. I loved that apartment. But after my husband died I wasn't very functional for awhile, and my social worker decided I belonged in a personal care home. Had I known what

My Depression and Anxiety
Hi my names Nichole, I'm 33 years old. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for years. I feel like the past 3 or 4 years it has gotten worse. I feel like I don't even know who I am anymore. I feel empty inside. I worry about everything even if its out of my hands. I've tried all kinds of different

What Does It Mean To Have Coeliac In UK?
Some individuals have been told it's 'all in their mind' and been referred for
counselling
/put on antidepressants; - Failure by many GPs to appreciate the need to keep gluten/have gluten in diet for testing; - Negation of symptoms and failure for GPs and consultants to join the dots - many only see coeliac

How to overcome the fact that I will never be able to have children after 3 miscarriages and inability to conceive for years?
I tried
counselling
, meditation, etc. but nothing helped. I still can`t overcome the fear that I will never be able to conceive and the fact that even if I conceive some day(which I truly believe will be impossible) the pregnancy will end with another miscarriage.

Social skills groups??
I know now is not exactly the best time to be looking for social skills groups but I figured some other members may be able to help with information. My 7 year old daughter was diagnosed about 2 years ago with ADHD, depression, and low self esteem. She has since been also diagnosed with ODD and anxiety
