A three year journey to find the right medication
I managed to carry on working because I can work from home, my employer is exceptionally supportive and thanks to being able to afford
counselling
every week.

Male infertility, OHSS, s*xless relationship
We have a
counselling
session on the NHS booked in for next month, but what can I do in the meantime? Also outside of supporting him, how do I keep my spirits high whilst feeling totally undesired and very rejected?

Too much!!
Hi everyone. Oh there's a lot that I'd like to share as such I might be all over the place but I'll start small. I'm not professionally diagnosed with anxiety or depression but I am definitely experiencing one or both but mostly I believe it's anxiety. I am an honors student and oh boy I feel like

New ADHD diagnosis for my 6 year old girl
My little girl is newly diagnosed with ADHD though I’m not that shocked. The past year of school has been incredibly challenging: hitting the teacher, explosive emotions, easily frustrated, highly impulsive. This school year started and after she headbutted the floor, I decided to consult a doctor. The

hubby refused transplant due to PTSD
He’s had no
counselling
or or therapy for it. He told transplant team about it at assessment. We’ve raised with transplant team again today, asking for support or referral. He’s been through an awful journey and we as a family are impacted too.

How could AI help in asthma care?
Hi all! I have a question for you: as an asthma patient, how do you think AI could potentially help meet needs you have that aren't currently being met? For example, I have been reflecting on how doctors could potentially use AI to more accurately diagnose, treat, and educate patients. For me personally

Anxiety hurting relationship
I tried CBT and
counselling
but neither really helped. It’s now affecting my relationship with my partner and she’s tried to understand but we’re at a point after 23 years it breaking us apart more and more. GP is no help and I’m at the point of not knowing what to do anymore.

At wits end
I’m waiting for one to one
counselling
but have waited since before Christmas. I’m always at the doctors but feel she doesn’t know what to do for me. I just needed to air my thoughts and feelings. Thanks for reading.

Applying for retirement on medical grounds, wish me luck
But it’s a huge loss of a life that I had visualised and it’s taken a good deal of
counselling
to get to this point. There are no guarantees that I will be successful in being granted early retirement.

End of our journey after round 4 negative 😔
I know we have to give it time - we had our first
counselling
session together yesterday just to get a bit of back up and it was just that. We’re definitely in a better state than we could have been… I feel like my hubby and I have been a good team even through some super tough, crappy times.

Feeling sad
I am awaiting
counselling
but honestly feel I wish I had died and not recovered. Pushing everyone away and wondering if I will ever feel like the old me before all this happened.

Mental health
I was a counsellor for over 20 years and a
counselling
supervisor. Working one to one, facilitating group
counselling
and providing groups on stress, relaxation, meditation etc. I have a couple of friends who have worked in the same field so if and when I need the support I have it.

Feelings of loss
I’m lucky that I can get some
counselling
through my work, but wondered what other people have done faced with similar emotions?

anxiety
Hi I am posting to see if anyone else has a similar story with anxiety and maybe see if anyone can give some guidance. I grew up in a very toxic (mentally and physically abusive) household. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 17 after a DUI arrest and was taking medication for about a year

How to talk to friends?
Recently I've had difficulty speaking to my friends. One stressful instance where I tried to explain then defend myself to a (now) former friend opened me up for rough verbal abuse from them. I was stuck with them, unable to just leave. I opened up to them. Another instance, I had to filter my re-telling

Losst
I had
counselling
for 3 year after leaving but didn't reap the benefits as I wasn't totally honest with the nurse so didn't really get the right help which is something I regret.
