Single mom, anxiety adolecent girl

No Way Of Contacting My Childs Father
I did not receive
counselling
I don't know what to do. What is weird and I find very discombobulating is that my daughter has never once asked me about her dad for her 14 years of existence?? I am scared what could be going on??

Been ok until 2 days ago...why
Nothing different. Just same routine life. I woke up crying. Wanted to skip work and go hide at the beach in the rain and just cry all day. Haven’t been ok. I literally feel like I’m going to explode. I don’t know what to do. I love my family. My kids and man are great. My house is awesome. I like

Do meds work for anyone?
So I've been reading posts here and doing research, and so far my finding is that some people say meds work to treat anxiety, some say they didn't work for them, some say you need meds but also counseling. I can't afford counseling and I need relief from my anxiety quickly, do meds work at all? For anyone

Donor egg
Merry Christmas Xxxx So we made our decision that DE is definitely the route we want to go down, and since our
counselling
session we both feel really excited! However I think we’ve found a donor which is really weird as we only had our
counselling
on Tuesday!

Advice on anti depressants after treatment
I’ve suffered from depression before but managed this with
counselling
and never taken medication. Yesterday, I went to my GP as I feel the time has come to get some extra help but I felt that my GP was prepared to offer me anything I wanted.

Advice please?
So, I have had depression for the better part of my life. I was first diagnosed at age 13 (I’m 36 now) and I have been treated off and on since then. When I entered my 30’s I began having panic attacks. I’ve been on medication for this and have had counseling but I’m not currently being treated. What

Donor Egg Counselling 😬
Hello lovelies, tomorrow we have our DE
counselling
and then an appointment with the coordinator, and I’m feeling a mix of nerves, excitement and exhaustion! Part of me is excited to open this new door, but I’m also terrified at the unknown.

Diagnosis
She wants to treat me for depression with tablets and
counselling
but I’m only down because of my symptoms. I’m self employed and can’t work most days because I feel so bad yet I’m not getting any benefits or sick pay etc so I need this sorting ASAP. I’ve been made to feel like I’m making it up.

Hope for treatment resistant ptsd and depression
After going through NHS standard treatment, spending thousands on private
counselling
, NHS secondary care with psychologists and psychiatrists I came to a decision.

Happy 2018... Choose your Pooh Bear Character!
This forum becomes our sounding board, our
counselling
session, our font of knowledge, our diary to log and share our darkest thoughts, our laughter but most importantly our support. It's a while since I wrote on here but I still dip in constantly.

Counselling for PA..advice anyone?
I was wondering whether anyone has tried
counselling
to help with PA? I've talked to my friend who suffers from it and I also think it has led to depression. I've spoken about it and was told that he will think about it. So I've gone ahead and booked him a session 1-1.

Too anxious to do some things and it’s getting worse. What should I do?
My mum keeps on talking about
counselling
but if I’m too scared to talk to people I don’t really see how that’s going to work. It’s getting to a point where I can’t sleep because I’m kept awake by my anxiety.
