First time for this , never posted anywhere before.
Hopefully this time, now I am receiving support, and
counselling
I might find my way out of this. Fed up with being treated like a child though. I like very much to hear from anyone else "in the same boat"?

Introduction
Hey, I am a mom of 2 kids, and married to a great man for almost 5 years. My son is 9 and my daughter just turned 4 last month. About two years ago we tested my son for Dyslexia, and during the testing the councilor noticed that he might have a small hint of ADHD. We got him tested a year later, because

Professional
counselling
(e.g. just after dx) can be helpful so even if you don't like the idea or think it might not suit you I would say try it. At worst you have just wasted 1/2hr of your time chatting to someone. 4. Hospices are great.

Specialised Counselling
I wondered if anyone has had specialised
counselling
that dealt with chronic pain, multiple operations, complications and infertility. I think that I really need
counselling
but I want someone who understands what I've been though.

I can’t talk to my hubby about it as he doesn’t understand really, I can’t get
counselling
because of bloody covid, I just don’t know what to do. I suffer with Bi -Polar so rationality goes out the window, I’m told it is normal to think this way, is it, do you any of you feel this way ?

I don’t want to lose my marriage
I am 41 years old. I have been married for almost 18 years. I have been diagnosed and suffer from depression for many years. I am afraid I am going to lose my marriage. Every time i try to tell my wife how she makes me feel inadequate by constantly undermining me or saying that’s not how it is done

ICU Covid survivor just over 1 year on.
Awaiting long covid clinic still but I was admitted in the peak of that wave so it is understandable as there were so many of us at that time. had
counselling
and now referred to a psychologist as it is difficult to come to terms with impact on daily living and dream like memories.

first counselling session after first failed cycle
We have our free
counselling
session with our clinic tomorrow, after our first ever failed cycle What will the talk about? What should we talk about? We have such mixed emotions and feeling and thoughts, are we expected just to say how we're feeling as it's kind of difficult.

I'm looking into
counselling
but it's a long wait for services in my area. Using an online CBT course in the meantime, but my god I feel like I am one bad thing away from a breakdown

Computer test results not in line with ADHD - what now?
So my counselor told me I have ADHD but she wanted me to get the official diagnosis from a doctor or psychiatrist rather than from her. Last month I went to a family practice doctor that specializes in ADHD (he was listed on the ADDITUDE list of specialists). At the end of the first appointment he
