W8 postponed
Oh what a weekend and start of a week. My original plans were on Sunday to marshal at 10k race and afterwards do W8 R1 around the beautiful sandringham estate. After a busy morning at work on Saturday I started to feel achy and a sore throat. Uh oh no way not ill again. Got home and yep the flu hit me

Life is becoming almost impossible to bear.....
In the evening I had a seizure and suffered a
cardiac
arrest
. My heart stopped beating and I stopped breathing. Thank God they had a team on hand who worked tirelessly to ressucitate me. I'm home now but I have to go back for more surgery. This is never ending...... It's so tiring.

Turns out she was taking Synthroid (Levo thyroxine equivalent) to aid weight loss and it contributed to her death which was
cardiac
arrest
- she did not have a thyroid condition.

Bronchitis, steroids help! Side effects?
I'm 35 and over 2 weeks ago was diagnosed with chest infection, given 250mg amoxicillin... which didnt work. By then real chest pain, pulled muscle from coughing and resting heart rate of 120bpm. I moved house and my new doctor prescribed 500mg amoxicillin and 6 prednisolone steroids a day for 5 days

Another Post-ablation... post.
Well my ablation has come and gone. Went into the daycase at 12 Yesterday and was in the lab by 1:30. Found it all really interesting (I wasn't actually as nervous as I thought I would be) and the staff were all brilliant. I was able to see the TV screens/X-ray guidance as he went about his business

First Run
We watched a video clip as part of the course about the footballer Miklos Feher who died from a sudden
cardiac
arrest
on the pitch in a game in 2004. It just made me think. One minute he was there and the next he was gone.

Just diagnosed on Thursday with Afib after second cardiac ablation for SVT
I had my second ablation for SVT on Thursday and have been diagnosed with AF among other things. I also have an autoimmune disease, liver disease (NASH) and a few other things. The Cardio now wants to put me on Flecainide and Diltiazem. I go back to see him on the 2nd where we will have the discussion

Bit of an update not been on much
Well had appt with rheumy week ago and we had a long discussion about stuff. He started off saying he thinks a lot of my pain is fibromyalgia and sleep apnea until he had a look at my blood test results, really high inflammatory markers and changed his mind about that assumption. I aslo told him that

Have I overdone it?
I am 5 days past transfer for my 1 embryo which was put back in at 2 days. I have been walking over the last few days with my dog and gone into town once. Other times I have been relaxing in front of the TV. Today which is day 5 past transfer I went to a garden centre with my parents, ate in the nice

My little soldiers are still going strong!
All 14 embryos are still looking great and all but one are now at '8 cell' stage, with very little fragmentation. We have cancelled today's transfer and are going for blastocyst on Wednesday. Is it silly that I feel proud of my little embryos? I'm very glad to have the extra two days recovery time
