Sinus arrest vs Cardiac arrest
Can someone please tell me what the difference is between a sinus
arrest
and a
cardiac
arrest
. I recently had a pacemaker fitted after a pause of 58 seconds that was picked up on my ILP.

Feeling amazing after Competing W5
I’ve had lots of health setbacks in the past,
cardiac
arrest
due to anaphylactic shock, 2 herniated discs in back, asthma since childhood, overweight. I kept telling myself that I’d never be able to run!! How wrong I was. This app has been a life changer for me.

Unstable Angina
I had a
cardiac
arrest
a year ago and since then and over the years I have had six stents. My question has two points. Several hospitals visits ago it was mentioned that I had unstable angina and medications were adjusted to try and compensate.
