Stomach pain

Hello.....I am hoping for some help, my husband had a heart attack in February full cardiac arrest 8 times (thank god for Paramedics and Barts) had a stent. Loads of medication, but has had terrible stomach pains on the left hand side, that then extends to his chest and is accompanied by dizziness, also terrible wind. Been to the GP many times and all meds have been changed but nothing is helping, would be grateful for any advice as his now taking strong pain relief but even this is not helping. Would be grateful for any advise as it is really debilitating. Many thanks

I am sorry to hear about your husband's heart attack and Cardiac arrests. It must have been such a shock and so frightening.

We are very fortunate to have access to such good care from the NHS.

If your husband is still having debilitating stomach and chest pain with dizziness as you describe you do need to seek medical advice

I suggest you ring 111 and if your husband is in severe pain call 999

Ask your GP to arrange an emergency appointment with your husband's cardiologist at Barts , (Wow what an amazing hospital! ) .
