W5R3 completed 💪 I’m so happy!!! I never thought 5 weeks ago I’d be able to run for 20 mins non stop, but I did and I am so proud of myself. The feeling you get when you’ve finished is amazing! I’ve had lots of health setbacks in the past, cardiac arrest due to anaphylactic shock, 2 herniated discs in back, asthma since childhood, overweight. I kept telling myself that I’d never be able to run!! How wrong I was. This app has been a life changer for me. I’ve already lost 6lbs and I feel so much fitter. Roll on W6 🏃♀️💪
