Sinus arrest vs Cardiac arrest

Can someone please tell me what the difference is between a sinus arrest and a cardiac arrest. I recently had a pacemaker fitted after a pause of 58 seconds that was picked up on my ILP.

Thank you Jalia, I've found it. I'm not seeing my cardiologist for a few more weeks and just trying to understand the correct terminology to use.
