Hi all during cardiac rehab we were told max heart rate 130/80
Because of thyroid mine last Monday whilst resting in bed was 186/88 couldn’t get it below 147 /74 even with meds and bed rest
Went to GP told she wouldn’t be concerned re danger zone unless it was 200/100
Not sure 🤔 what to think now
They have changed my dosage ramapril from 3.75am only to 2.5 am and 2.5 pm bp up since they changed it
Heart scan prior to change now showing 60% function which is great but after all the hard work over the past 8 months I am worried the changes they are putting in will spoil it or worse still.
