General anaesthetic and arrythmia
I recently underwent a procedure and experienced frequent ectopic beats and fast heart rate days afterwards. I had a cardiac ablation a few years ago fir Atrial Fibrillation, and haven't had any episodes since, until the aftermath of aforementioned surgery. Has anybody else experienced a similar reaction

Starting running after covid pneumonia
Around 2 years ago, I completed couch to 5k and became quite a good runner, cyclist and did plenty of hiking. I'm 50 years old. However, in September 2021 my world was turned upside down when I caught covid and it landed me in hospital, seriously ill. It developed into pneumonia, and respiratory failure

Even though I do this, I am so petrified of
cardiac
arrest
or undiagnosed heart issue causing a serious issue during or after the workout. I am concerned that due to my heart beating more often than a normal person it puts me at a greater risk.

Are there any natural supplements really worth taking for AFib? There’s so many claims out there.
Been in permanent AFib since stemi,
cardiac
arrest
and stent fitted 2 months ago. Not obese never smoked exercised hard 4 times a week. Curious about supplements but also curious about medical treatments of cardiac version and ablation as I’m seeing arythmia nurse to discuss options next week.
