Stents
Hi my husband suffered
cardiac
arrest
4 1/2 years ago. This has left him disabled and severe hypoxia brain injury and needs 24/7 care. He has never had any intervention as it was feared bypass would give him further brain injury.

Ejection fraction back to normal 4 months after SCA + HA
Of course, EF is just one measure of overall cardiovascular health, but I wanted to give a bit of good news: I suffered
cardiac
arrest
and a later heart attack at the end of April (had previous LAD stents, so not my first rodeo).

Hospitals in dire straits.
Now I'm wondering what would happen if I had a
cardiac
arrest
or something really bad. Seems we have to live or die with this situation for some time to come. Scary thought.

Angiogram worry
He had
cardiac
arrest
nearly 5 years ago which left him with severe hypoxia ! He has been managed on meds! Bypass not suitable as further brain damage may occur! The time has come for intervention! I am worried he will not be able to keep still! Would they give general anaesthetic?

Has any sustained vtach/cardiac arrest survivor successful at getting off meds?
About 1 month ago, I found your forum. That put an end to my afib episodes getting more frequent. I got the book the Afib cure. I changed my diet, I not only sleep better, my frequent trips to the bathroom (following colon cancer 8 years ago,) stopped! I am 57 years old, very active with a 40 resting

Hi all, I had some spotting 3 days ago and my clinic put me in bed rest and told me pause the Clexane and baby aspiring only to restart 48hours after no bleeding. ARREST
: I remember reading a new article years ago, about a man who dropped dead from a
Cardiac
Arrest
in a Toronto hardware store shortly after having an ECG which diagnosed him as being fine. I guess you can never tell when or where such a thing could happen.

I went into sustained vtach@ heart rate 275 and went into
cardiac
arrest
. I now have a pace maker/defibrilator because my resting heart rate is 50. I take Sotalol and baby aspirin. I have been fine until these last few weeks.

Post op & on the ward I stopped breathing (due to morphine causing respiratory problems they think) and had a
cardiac
arrest
and luckily was resuscitated with cpr!! A slightly more dramatic operation than I had anticipated but I’m here to tell the tale.
