Nothing helps! Getting longer, more intense and frequent!
I no longer can stop humming, rocking, clenching hands and teeth, gripping my hipbone till I now have a raw place where my thumb digs in, sighing, moaning, exaggerated "deep relaxation"
breathing

that are loud, inconvenient and humiliating.

I'm so close to leaving this website. A counselor from the suicide hotline sent me here, and I regret even coming here. I can't even express myself in the worst times on here, and it's even worse trying to get ahold of a hotline and all they do is send you an app to download that has "breathing exercises

Pneumonia then bronchietasis when can I exercise?
I've recently been diagnosed with mild bronchietasis but it feels anything but. I had pneumonia and was antibiotics for a month and then managed to work but got another chest infection and have been off for 2 weeks. The pain in my lungs is really intense and I'm really tired. I can't sleep at the moment

Don't want to go on 24 hr oxygen
If I practice my yoga deep
breathing
exercise
I can bring it up to 90 and over but don't feel I can breath like that all the time. Am exercising. Bike weights and loosening exercise. With oxygen. But it's this not keeping the sat level up without it that worries me!

I need a bit of advice 🤔 I have just completed week 2 and can feel my stamina /

I want some opinions regarding anxiety and health related job anxiety
I work at a hospital and I see everything in the ER I've seen codes , I've seen dead people , I've seen people dying. I've always had heart related anxieties, and to this day i picture myself ending up falling over and needing cpr or something like that , I really never thought this way until working

Let me introduce myself.
•After college I began incorporating yoga,
breathing
and meditation into my
exercise
routine. When my girls left the nest I turned a small bedroom into my own personal well-being space.

I was even doing
breathing
exercise
,however suddenly it happened again two before i got up in morning and pulse was above 100 which usually is 74-77.I visited the same doctor again he checked and said the later medical reports of TMT,2D echo,Lipid profile,HBa1c was all under control so its an panic attack. So

Comes and goes
So I was sitting in my couch watching a movie when suddenly I felt a heat wave all through my body and as well as a body rush. My heart started pounding fast so of course I thought I was getting a heart attack. But then I started getting a panic attack to I started doing breathing exercises. It slowly

Day 4
I have got to be the crankiest person on earth. I'm off work today which means I'm not super busy to keep distracted. I've cleaned the house from top to bottom but I can't help how irritated I keep getting. My poor other half keeps getting the brunt of it. Like I have a short temper.. but now the patience
