I did it
Like so many before me I really did not think I would be able to complete a 90 second run, let alone all of them, for W2R1, but I did. I huffed and puffed my way through W1 then looked up correct posture and breathing exercises. Not sure if it was that or sheer determination!

questions about identifying infection and using rescue pack
Is there any way to know if you have a virus or chest infection? Im so unsure of when to take ab and pred. I cant get any sputum up so cant tell by that. I started AB yesterday but don't know if I need the steroids too. How can I tell for sure? I really do not want to take them if I don't have to

Exercise
I know walking is a good form of
exercise
. I walk, and I do
breathing
exercise
, but I just don't feel like this is enough. I got some two pound weights to lift while I'm doing my
breathing
exercise
. I'm 66 years old and not very strong.I hope to work up to 5 pound weights.

When returning endo isn't actually endo: results of my 2nd lap, help for those in similar situations and advice on treament/clinics :)
Hey ladies, I'm finally a bit more with it after my lap so I'm back to posting. I know a lot of you have asked me how it went as you're in a similar situation, so I thought it would just be easier to write a post on my results and any advice I think may be helpful (I just want to say that I'm not medically

A Christmas true story
Dear friends, I am obeying your order to come and say hello before christmas is completely gone! Christmas Eve. Brigid, my wife, told me first that she was going to go to another church, not mine. Then she turned up. She hadn't been to “the other church”. She wanted to come to mine for the midnight
