3 Days past transfer and feeling really tired
I took a deep
breathing
exercise
and went for a small walk. Two days later I recovered and went in on Monday for my transfer. I have 3 good quality embryo's and had one transferred. Since then I'm on the pressarys daily and feel so tired. Today being my third day I feel exhausted.

First bronchiectasis flare up!
I had my first bronchiectasis flare up last week. I was given antibiotics which I finish on Saturday but I'm still coughing a lot, coughing up phlegm throughout the day and vomiting whilst coughing. I'm not sleeping and just feel drained. The only self management advice I've been given are breathing

I'm new and here is my story with anxiety
So I have been having some problems with my anxiety lately. I have done everything in the books to manage it, but right now my life is bringing it out. I guess I have always had anxiety since I was a child. I was shuffled between my mother and my grandmother as a child since my father left, and I developed

Relief
I’ve been on buspar for a little over 2 weeks now along with my propranolol and I’m FINALLY starting to feel better. I have my moments still at night, but I manage to stay calm with some breathing exercises my therapist taught me. I think the most annoying anxiety symptom I have right now are the heart

Me too
I do deep
breathing
Journaling prayer meditation
exercise
, all of the above, and I still get stressed out. Really stressed out for basically no reason. And I don't want that to be my life anymore so I'm trying to figure out a way to change that and if anyone has any suggestions I'm open

Tips for Fibromyalgia
What helps me more than anything is eating HEALTHY! I eat a lot of leafy vegetables both raw and cooked. I eat a little fish (salmon, tuna etc) watching the fats closely, I drink a lot of water, with the pH being between 8.0 and 9.4, I eat very little rice, pastas (except spelt pastas), breads, sugars

OFF the COUCH...Time to relax and reflect and run when we are able :)
So, here are some links which I do hope you may find useful, and maybe are able to incorporate into your
exercise
regime... I have used square
breathing
a lot in past years... I fund this link which demonstrates how to do it :) Very relaxing ! Useful for children apparently too!

Breathing Exercise to help your cravings.
Using a deep
breathing
exercise
is an effective way of calming yourself down. This exercise can be done anywhere from sitting down in a chair to waiting for a bus.

Social Anxiety/Sheltered upbringing, Anxiety
Why am I more comfortable in my own space at home? Whenever I have to go outside and do something I always have alot of anxiety and feel like a fish out of water and 'culture shock'. I'm not sure if this was because I was sheltered alot as a child and always had my mom there . Now I feel really alone

Anxiety Coping Methods
Hello everyone, Lately, I've been struggling to keep my anxiety down and I can't do anything to help it. I've tried meditating, breathing exercises, counseling, even tried smoking cannabis. But none seem to help, I was wondering if I could get more suggestions.

It’s that time of the morning
Morning all, 17 hours in now and also first thing in the morning which is my favourite time to go for a cig. To try and avert this, I’ve made a lovely coffee and am standing up while drinking it - coupled with deep breathing exercises. Any other ideas would be welcomed 😁

Hello, new to forum
And I've tried things to try to make it stop or get better, like magnesium, cutting out caffeine,
breathing
exercise
, diet, etc but nothing seems to work. I just want them to go away. It's like having a little devil on you that won't leave you alone x

Chronic wheeze but no asthma?
- have also had a continuous laryngoscopy during
exercise
test that was normal. - got a cold air
breathing
test tomorrow. So I have no idea what is causing this wheeze (can hear it on inhale and exhale).

Strange Panic and anxiety attacks
Can anyone relate? When I have panic attacks my breathing is never fast it is usually slow but still chest breathing and my heart rate doesn't increase much. When I do deep breathing exercises my heart will usually start increasing and cause palpitations. The deep breathing usually doesn't help much

How Does Smoking Affect Sleep??
I'm passing this on from one of our members, BlueEyedGal Each year, nearly 6 million people die worldwide from tobacco use and related diseases. Smoking has a long list of health risks, including cancer, depression, anxiety, heart disease, and much, much more. But smoking also interferes with your sleep
