I've always suffered from depression and panic attacks but it's gotten worse since I had surgery last month and been confined to my apt. I'm divorced so I'm alone at home. I've been taking medication from my dr but i was wondering if anyone, when not having an anxiety/panic attack feel almost like a static energy in your chest almost like your waiting for a symptom to arise. It's really annoying and i try to meditate or do breathing exercises but would love to know if someone shares these sensations. Knowing I'm not alone with this feeling would help tremendously.

Many thanks for reading and i hope everyone is well.

I get those sensations too. I hate it. I get a funny sensation in my chest and feel off. It's how I feel right before my heart "skips" a beat. It will get better. You are not alone though
