I don't even know where to start. I have accepted that anxiety can be the cause of my weird physical discomfort. My problem is the fact that the more I'm accepting it, the worst I feel. I literally dragged myself today. I don't mean to complain but I have tried, reading, to breathing exercises, to goals

Thought I'd post something so you know I'm here! I need to discuss something but frightened to post it. I'm sure if I did I'd get the support and I would hope it may reduce my anxiety and resolve some issues I have. Still I hesitate. Not to worry. Some thing else then an update. Since March I've

Heart beat knocks more after open heart surgery
2 weeks after heart surgery and noticing when inhaling deep and holding breath a little longer I can feel heart beat knocking against chest. Is this normal? Especially after surgery. Felt more when seated. Will this dissipate over time? Anyone feeling these symptoms? I'm doing breathing exercises daily

First Post
This is my first post. I am looking forward to hearing from many of you! I am on 125mg of Zoloft, just increase my dosage from 100mg. All of a sudden I started to experience random panic attacks after 7 years of being panic attack free. Has anyone else experienced something like this? I am looking into

Anxiety and Dating
Not really looking for advice here, just wondering how anyone single out there with anxiety feels about dating. I'm newly divorced and share custody of my two daughters. My anxiety is more under control lately and I'm trying my best to relax. The problem is being worried about meeting someone (crazy

Weird feeling when under pressure at work
I have had severe anxiety in the past. I struggled like everyone here and thanks to everybody's input here I have been able to get my life back. I still get episodes here and there but I am able to calm myself down. Lately at work though I have been getting this weird feeling when I get under pressure

Ive never had anxiety going out in his car before but today i did, i tried to accept i was panicking and did deep breathing exercises which helped alot and took away the nausea feeling. I pushed

Low sats and new to oxygen therapy
Two months ago I was taken to hospital and put on oxygen but after five days in hospital and a few days at home my sats returned to normal for me (96) so the oxygen equipment was returned. last Monday my saturations droped to 77 and would not go higher even with breathing exercises so ended up in hospital

Another point to me
Today I had to go to a big event with my partners parents to show their police cars. I always get a bit anxious when riding in the police cars as so many people look at you and everyone changes their driving style. I took a diazepam 2mg before going and it worked for a few hours, sadly I was too scared

I keep a diary with an app online and am in a calorie deficit of 800 calories a day, and with walking for
exercise
; I am
breathing

Asthma Counterattack
This is Pranayama
breathing
exercise
called Bhastrika and some variation of it. It needs to be performed very precisely and just before you start to feel that asthma wrapping you up.

Update on my condition
So far its been 11 days since I went to the ER and I thought I was not breathing. After I went to my GP and gave Omeprazole, its been a scary ride. The tightness in my throat seems to be going down. Still feel some mild to little tightness all day. Still throwing up saliva/mucus around 3-5 a day. I don't

Shortness of Breath??
I have wheezing when i breath deeply but when i cough or do deep
breathing
exercise
it goes away. Then it comes back and goes away in matter of seconds. I don't know what to make of it. Can someone maybe help me explain? I am a little paranoid because of the many symptoms i have been through.
